When must the seller refund me after I withdraw?

The trader must reimburse all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day it is informed of your withdrawal. The refund must use the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise, without fees for you.

Unless the trader offered to collect the goods itself, it may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. Extra cost for a more expensive delivery you chose is not refunded.
