(a) point 1(c), shall be replaced by the following:

annul or revoke the visas, as appropriate, in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 34 of Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community code on visas (Visa Code) ( *2 ) ;
(b) point 2 shall be deleted.
